3. What are the age limits for drivers?
The minimum driver age is 21, and the driving licence must have been held for more than 12 months. Drivers aged 21–24 can rent selected vehicle categories under the applicable Young Driver conditions. The standard age range is 25–75, while drivers over 75 may be subject to additional age and insurance conditions. For drivers over 75, the rental excess cannot be cancelled.
4. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 96 hours or more before the rental start time (calculated from 08:00 AM on the start date) receive a full refund with no penalty. Cancellations between 96 and 72 hours incur a 25% fee; between 72 and 48 hours incur 50%; between 48 and 24 hours incur 75%; and under 24 hours are charged 100%.
5. Can I take the rental car to Ibiza, Menorca, or the Spanish mainland?
No. Vehicles are strictly authorized and insured for use on Mallorca only. Taking the car on ferries to other islands or the mainland violates the rental terms and voids all insurance.
6. How does the fuel policy work?
We apply a fair "same-to-same" fuel policy. The vehicle is provided with a recorded fuel level and must be returned with the same amount. If returned with less fuel, the renter pays for the missing fuel plus a €20 refueling charge.
7. Can additional drivers be added to long-term contracts?
Yes. Extra drivers can be added for €4 per day, with the fee capped at a maximum of €40 per hire period per driver. All drivers must present valid licenses and be officially registered on the contract.
